Non bailable warrants across state, but Kerala Police yet to arrest Saritha S. Nair

There are three non-bailable arrest warrants against Saitha in Pathanamthitta district alone. The police are yet to take action on a warrant that was issued over an year ago.

Thiruvananthapuram: Despite having non-bailable warrants issued against her by several courts in Kerala, the police are yet to arrest Sarith S. Nair, the main accused in the BEVCO job fraud case.

Interestingly, 8 courts have issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Saritha even before she was named an accused in the BEVCO job fraud case. The arrest warrants were issued in connection with the solar scam. But despite having numerous arrest warrants, the police are yet to perform their duty.

The Alappuzha magistrate court has directed those who provided personal bonds while Saritha was granted bail, to appear in court. The move comes after Saritha repeatedly failed to present herself before the court in the cases.
