No plans to surrender Pala seat, declares Mani C Kappan

Kottayam: NCP leader Mani C Kappan declared that his party will contest in Pala seat in the upcoming assembly polls. He asserted that he holds the majority votes in Pala constituency and he will not surrender the seat to anyone.

He was addressing the media here on Thursday.

“Jose faction did not get the majority votes as secured by me. I have attended more than 25 family meets in Pala. I did not skip any election campaigns. Though NCP took lead in 8 panchayats and one municipality in last assembly bypolls, only two seats were granted to us in this polls,” said Mani C Kappan.

At the same time, he clarified that LDF has not refused to give seats to NCP.
