Kozhikode: The post mortem procedures of the bodies of two neighbours, who were found dead under mysterious circumstances, will be conducted on Friday in Kayakkodi in Kozhikode.
The deceased were identified as Babu and Rajeev. The incident took place on Thursday morning. As per reports, Rajeev was found hanging at his house, while his neighbour Babu’s throat was found slit.
According to the police, Rajeev would have killed Babu and later committed suicide. Apparently, there were family issues between them.
The police have conducted a detailed inquest and recorded the statements of the local residents. However, further action will be taken only after the post mortem procedures.
