Nedumangad: DySP B AShokan here on Thursday came out with a public threat against those who attacked the police.
Speaking to the media, the DySP said that “None of the violators, who injured the policemen and hurled bombs at the police station, would be allowed any peace of mind no matter which party he belongs to. Till we find Praveen, who hurled bombs at the station, we will continue to searches at the houses and arrest those who were part of the hartal violence.”
The DySP’s statement come after the BJP marched to the DySP office alleging that the police were targeting their activists.
So far, the Nedumangad police have arrested 38 BJP activists and 21 CITU workers in connection with the hartal violence and bombing of the police station.
