Thiruvananthapuram: The state government announced holiday on October 3 for all educational institutions, including professional colleges in the state, on the occasion of Navratri.
Meanwhile, educational institutions are allowed to select an alternative date for conducting classes.
With Navratri on October 3, next week will have holidays on Mahanavami and Vijayadasami day.
