Mullappally lashes out at CM, says he should resign and face election
Kochi: KPCC president Mullappally Ramachandran alleged that the focal point of all irregularities is Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He added that if the chief minister has a minimum level of ethics, he should resign and dissolve the cabinet. The CM should tell the public that he is willing to face a general election, Mullappally said.
The central agency interrogating minister K T Jaleel is a serious issue. Four ministers in the cabinet are under suspicion. The CM is trying to protect them. Only the CM can justify them and this is why they continue to act as they want, he alleged.
The CM gets furious and acts strangely during press meets. The son of party secretary and the minister for industries and his family are facing allegations. How can they continue in power, Mullappally asked. He further alleged that the party leaders and their children are associated with underworld dons and drug mafia.
