Thiruvananthapuram: In a scathing attack, Thavanur constituency MLA KT Jaleel has warned Indian Union Muslim League leader PK Kunhalikutty of releasing an audio clip that would end the latter’s political career.
He also urged Kunhalikutty to stop going against Thangal family and the moves against Mueen Ali Shihab Thangal’s, National Vice-President of Muslim Youth League.
“Kunhalikutty thinks that he can restrain Thangal family as he wishes. It is wrong. If he continues to move against Mueen Ali Shihab Thangal then he will have to bear the brunt,” said Jaleel.
Mueen Ali Shihab Thangal revealed various truths and spoke against various anomalies in the party. Kunhalikutty must be ready to face the consequences, if he wants to punish Mueen Ali Shihab Thangal for this, said Jaleel.
“We have an audio clip of Kunhalikutty’s conversation with members of Panakkad family over ED probe. If needed, we will release it. It will end his political career,” added Jaleel.
He also alleged that Kunhalikutty used IUML and its allied institutions for laundering black money. “The language of street goons that Kunhalikutty used to defame Panakkad Thangal is condemnable. It was so stinky,” said Jaleel.
He also alleged that the real culprit behind the curtain is Kunhalikutty as he paved the way for Enforcement Directorate questioning Thangal.
