WhatsApp chat, Anitha Pullayil
Kochi: The WhatsApp chat between IG Lakshmana and Anitha Pullayil over Monson Mavunkal has been exposed. It reveals that Anitha has passed the information of Monson’s arrest to IG. She also told the IG that former DGP Loknath Behera had suspected Monson two years back. The Crime Branch collected digital evidence, including the chat of Anitha Pullayil in Monson’s case.
The chat that has come out happened on September 25 around 9.30 pm after the arrest of Monson in the antique fraud case. The IG’s reply when Anitha informed him of Monson’s arrest is seen deleted and Anitha expresses her gratitude for sharing information with her.
The chat has surfaced at a time when the Crime Branch was planning to interrogate Anitha by bringing her to Kerala. She is an Italy-based Malayali who is currently residing abroad. Anitha introduced many influential people including former DGP Lokanath Behera to Monson. She is suspected to have more details regarding Monson.
