K Sudhakaran

Kozhikode: KPCC President K Sudhakaran is all set to register complaint against antique fraud Monson Mavunkal for treating him masquerading as a doctor. Reportedly, K Sudhakaran was treated by the doctor for five days for an illness in his eyes. It was a confidante of Sudhakaran who introduced Monson to him. However, five days of treating did not cure his illness and he left.

Earlier, Sudhakaran came out strongly against all allegations over his involvement in the fraud committed by Monson Mavunkal. “The allegations are baseless and I have no connection with the fraud. One cannot be blamed, if the involvement of chief minister or his office is suspected. I knew Monson. I even visited his house four or five times. He has a rich antique collection, that he claimed worth crores of rupees. I don’t know the other people involved in it as my intention was to meet Monson. I never had any discussion at his home as alleged by some,” said Sudhakaran.
