Bengaluru: The City Civil and Sessions Court here on Monday denied bail to Bineesh Kodiyeri in the money laundering case.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) informed the court that the investigation was progressing and that more people needed to be interrogated.
The ED also clarified that more people connected with Bineesh needed to be questioned and that granting bail to Bineesh will affect the investigation.
Bineesh was arrested on October 29 over financial transactions in connection with the Bengaluru drugs bust case.
