PA Mohamed Riyas has been selected for the best minister award instituted by FOKANA (Federation of Kerala Association in North America).
The award will be handed over during FOKANA’s Kerala convention, informed its president Dr Babu Stephen and general secretary Dr Kala Shahi in a press conference. The event will be held in March in Thiruvananthapuram.
Apart from the best minister award, the organisation will give ‘Bhashak Oru Dollar Award’, ‘Mariyamma Pillai Award’ and the ‘Satheesh Babu Payyanur Award’ during the event.
