Thiruvananthapuram: Perumbavoor MLA Eldhose Kunnappillil here on Wednesday filed a fresh anticipatory bail plea over a case related to the alleged physical assault on a woman who raised sexual harassment allegations against him.
The petition has been filed at Thiruvananthapuram District Court in connection with a case registered by Vanchiyoor police. In the bail plea, Kunnappillil said that he is likely to be arrested by the police.
Meanwhile, Eldhose Kunnappillil was quizzed by the crime branch in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday too. Following this, he was subjected to a potency test at General Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram.
