Pinarayi Vijayan also turned Modi fan, MK Muneer mocks Kerala govt for sending officials to Gujarat

Kozhikode: Muslim League leader MK Muneer criticised the state government and CPM for sending a team of officials led by Chief Secretary VP Joy to Gujarat. The state government had sent the team to Gujarat for studying the Gujarat model of e-governance.

He mocked that Pinarayi Vijayan has also turned a fan of Modi just like VP Abdullakutty.

"CPM who was boasting upon Kerala model of education and health has started to study Gujarat model," he said.

He also criticized CPM for alleging that UDF is holding a strike by joining hands with BJP.

"CPM's criticism came at a time when the state government officials travelled to BJP ruled Gujarat for studying their governance," he added.

Chief Secretary and his team headed to Gujarat to study the Dashboard implemented in the state. This surprise move came from the state government amidst the CPM claiming that there is nothing to study from the Gujarat model of development. Meantime, BJP has welcomed the decision and asked the state government to follow the Gujarat model.
