Ministership is not about state car and police escort: Ganesh Kumar slams Saseendran
Thiruvananthapuram: Pathanapuram MLA K B Ganesh Kumar raised sharp criticism against Transport Minister A. K. Saseendran in the assembly on Wednesday. The MLA alleged that the minister was taking a repulsive approach towards KSRTC depots.
Ganesh Kumar raised sharp criticism against Saseendran while presenting a submission during zero hour. The MLA sought submission to complain about the cancelling of KSRTC services in Pathanapuram depot.
Stating that ministership was not about state car and police escort, Ganesh Kumar asked the Transport Minister not to take an approach to insult MLAs in public.
“Long distance services are being cancelled to create loss in KSRTC depots. The aim is to close down the depots by creating loss,” said Ganesh Kumar. He also demanded Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s intervention in the matter.
