Union Minister Parakash Javadekar and politicians GVL Naramisha Rao, Yogendra Yadav have condoled the passing away of Mathrubhumi group Managing Director, MP Veerendra Kumar.

Union Minister Parakash Javadekar took to Twitter to express his grief over the passing of MP Veerendra Kumar. He wrote that the Mathrubhumi Group MD was an erudite politician, socialist, writer and journalist and that his demise is a big loss to political and journalistic fraternity.

BJP National President JP Nadda tweeted that he was pained to learn about the demise of MP Veerendra Kumar.

Politician and activist Yogendra Yadav said that the passing of MP Veeredra Kumar snaps one of the last links of journalism with the experience of ground struggles.

BJP leader GVL Narasimha Rao tweeted that he was deeply pained to hear about the demise of senior member of Rajya Sabha, Shri MP Veerendra Kumar. He also offered condolences to his family collegues and Mathrubhumi family.

Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla has also expressed grief through Twitter.

Rajya Sabha member and AAP leader Sanjay Singh expessed his grief.
