Thiruvananthapuram: The conditions to enrol dependents and to accept direct complaints under the MEDISEP medical insurance scheme for government employees have been revised.
Only newborns and spouses of newlywed employees can be included until further notice. The ID card will be issued based on the information available till August 2022.
Names of newborns can be added within 180 days of birth and spouses can be added within one month of marriage in the MEDISEP portal.
