Edappal: Beard and spectacles were part of identity for the popular politician and minister MB Rajesh. However, the minister has gone for a new makeover by shaving off his beard after 30 long years.
The minister’s post revealing his new look has gone viral on social media.
The minister said that he had started to grow beard in 1992 when he was an active member of SFI. Later, he shaved his beard off only during the period of lockdown. But no one could find it as the minister was under quarantine in his residence. When he sent a picture of him to minister P Rajeeve, the latter had also sent back a similar picture then, said Rajesh. The minister said that he will decide to grow beard only after his hair starts greying.
