Kochi: Two doctors were booked over the complaint lodged by the survivor in the POCSO case against Monson Mavunkal. The doctors, belong to the gynaecology department of the Kalamassery Government Medical College, allegedly locked her up in a room when she got to the hospital for the medical check-up.
She also said that the doctors spoke in favour of Monson while keeping her locked in the room.
The doctors locked her up because Monson’s son was studying at Kalamassery Medical College, the girl said in her complaint. She also said that the doctors asked her accusatory questions.
The girl had filed the complaint with the Crime Branch. It is learnt that the crime branch officers will go to the Medical College today to record the statements of the doctors.
