Kochi: Police have registered a case on a complaint filed by SFI state secretary Arsho concerning the mark list controversy at Maharaja's College in Ernakulam.

The report received by Mathrubhumi.com revealed that police registered a case against five individuals, including the College Principal and Course Coordinator.

Vinod Kumar, the coordinator of the Archaeology Department, is the prime accused in the case. College Principle VS Joy, KSU state secretary Aloysius Xavier, college student CA Faisal, and Asianet News Reporter Akhila Nandakumar are the second, third, fourth and fifth accused in the case.

According to the First Information Report (FIR), the accused fabricated a fake mark list against the complainant and the co-accused shared the fake certificate on social media. The accused has been booked under various non-bailable charges.
