Kottayam: A man who was under COVID-19 quarantine at Poovanthuruthu here collapsed and died. The deceased is identified as Poovanthuruthu native Madhu (45).
Madhu arrived from Dubai on June 26 and was staying in home-quarantine at his house. The police informed that Madhu was suffering from asthma and epilepsy.
The fluid samples of the deceased will be collected for testing. The body will be cremated only after getting the results of the fluid tests.
