Man under COVID quarantine commits suicide in TVM


The man jumped from the fourth floor of the quarantine centre in Barton Hill the other day.

Thiruvananthapuram: A man who was under COVID quarantine committed suicide by jumping from the top of the quarantine centre here.

The deceased was identified as Nedumangad native Thaha (36). The man jumped from the fourth floor of the quarantine centre in Barton Hill the other day.

He sustained severe injuries and was admitted in the ICU of Thiruvananthapuram medical college. However, he succumbed to the injuries on Sunday morning.
