Palakkad: A man hacked his wife to death on Thursday here. The incident took place in Kizhakkencherry, Palakkad. The deceased has been identified as Parakutty, a native of Konnakkalkadavu, Palakkad.
As per reports, she was stabbed by her husband Narayanan over a family dispute.
Following the incident, Narayanan surrendered at the police station in the area.
