Pala: A Malayali woman died after being injured in a car accident in Canada. The deceased has been identified as Shilpa Babu (44) of Mariyapuram, Pala, Karur. She is daughter of Kottayam Chazhikattu Babu and wife of Dr Anil Chacko.
Shilpa was injured in a car accident three days ago in South Surrey in Canada. She was on her way to pick her children from music class. As soon as the car met with an accident, she was taken to hospital in critical condition. She died on Saturday afternoon.
Her husband Anil Chacko is a doctor in Canada. Anil Chacko is son of Chackochan, owner of the Pala Blue Moon Hotel. Children: Noah and Neve.
