Malappuram: Police has registered a case against C Biju, motor vehicle inspector from Malappuram, for misbehaving with a woman during a driving test. The accused went into hiding after the police registered the case.
According to the complaint filed by the woman, Biju touched her inappropriately while inside the vehicle during the driving test on November 17.
Police registered an FIR after primary investigation. Police intensified the search for the accused. Biju is trying to obtain an anticipatory bail, according to reports.
Earlier too, similar allegations have surfaced against the accused. But these complaints were settled, it is learnt.
