Palakkad: A Mahila Morcha leader was found hanging inside a house hereon Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Sharanya(30), hailing from CN Puram.
She was found hanging on Sunday evening and soon rushed to the hospital. However, she was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Palakkad Town North Police has registered an unnatural death case over the incident.
Sharanya was the treasurer of the Mahila Morcha unit inPalakkad. She is survived by her father Rajan, mother Sasikala, husband Ramesh, and two children.
