Kochi: In the controversial lynching case of tribal youth Madhu at Attappadi, the High Court granted bail to 16 accused in the case. Though police requested the court to reject the bail plea, court granted bail to all accused.
The HC granted bail to all acuused in Madhu murder cases as the investigation is almost over.
Police filed the charge sheet on Madhu murder at Mannarkkad magistrate court.
Police booked 16 accused, including Attappadi natives Marakkar, Shamsudeen and Radhakrishnan, in the case. Twelve people were taken into custody following the brutal murder of the tribal youth.
