Liquor outlets, bars in state allowed to open tomorrow
Thiruvananthapuram: Liquor shops and bars in the places, where lockdown was eased, are allowed to operate on this Sunday. The government has included liquor outlets in the commercial establishments which are allowed to open on three days ahead of Eid al-Adha (Bakrid).
The state government decided the other day to ease the Covid curbs imposed in the state for three days ahead of Bakrid. The lockdown restrictions were relaxed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
The relaxations will be enforced in the places that belong to A, B and C categories. All shops in places that belong to A, B and C categories can function till 8 pm on these days.
However, the curbs existing in D category will not be eased. Triple lockdown will be enforced in such places.
