Anil released the purported letter written by the former CEO of LIFE Mission project U V Jose to by Local Self Government Department minister. He elaborated and made claims linking CM.

He alleged that Red Crescent was roped in as a move to cover up FCRA violations. The contract came through Red Crescent. The matter was deliberated at Cliff House and signing happened at the Secretariat. Anil added that the project from Rebuild Kerala went to LIFE Mission in just 12 hours.
