LDF govt to bring bill for turning Kerala business-friendly
Thiruvananthapuram: P Rajeev, Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir informed that a new bill will be introduced to protect industries and to ensure a business-friendly atmosphere in Kerala.The bill will also propose disciplinary actions against the officials who hinder the industries. He also added that the bill will be presented in the coming assembly session itself.
There will be state and district level committees to resolve the grievances of the industrialists. The decision taken by the committees should be approved by all the departments. With this, grievances in the industry sector will be addressed and complaints against various departments will be resolved. The bill can be passed in the next assembly session itself, assured the minister.
Industrialists have complained that there is a delay in getting approval from various government departments in different stages.Examining this, the government is planning to form the district and state-level committees to address the problems of industries.
