Thrissur: BJP state president K. Surendran said that both the LDF and UDF are trying to appease communal forces.

Speaking to media here, Surendran alleged that the two fronts will go to any extent for vote bank politics. He said that the two fronts were pushing Kerala into communal politics and that it was a low rated political move.

Surendran was in Thrissur to take part in the BJP state committee meeting.

Discussions regarding candidates are progressing in NDA. There will be candidates from within and outside the party, said Surendran. Responding to the Sobha Surendran issue, he said that everybody will cooperate and that nobody will stay away.

With Oommen Chandy taking over the political reign, communalism and vote bank politics became the embellishments of LDF and UDF. While the corruption, smuggling and misuse of the Chief Minister's office under the leadership of Pinarayi Vijayan is discussed on one side, corruption and immoral activities of the previous government are discussed on the other side.

In this situation, the NDA is preparing for strong political campaigns. Surendran said and added that he would launch a one-month long political campaign rally.
