Kochi: State Congress president K Sudhakaran on Wednesday said that KV Thomas does not have any place in Congress and the party is not giving him any attention, even to oust him officially.

I don't think he is part of Congress anymore. We have already declared this. The report to AICC was given after suspending Thomas from the party, he said.

Sudhakaran asked what kind of political ethics does he have to campaign for LDF while being a Congressman.

He was responding to the decision of the veteran leader to campaign for LDF in the Thrikkakara bypoll. Thomas faced action from the party when he attended a CPM seminar last month. He was then removed from the KPCC.
