Kudumbashree bags Kerala govt’s E-Governance, M-Governance awards

The E-Governance Award was instituted acknowledging the Kudumbashree website’s ease of use, excellent design and data availability.

Thiruvananthapuram: Kudumbashree bagged the Kerala government’s E-Governance Award for the best website and M-Governance Award for activities undertaken for the protection of elderly in the state. The awards will be distributed on December 3.

The E-Governance Award was instituted to acknowledge Kudumbashree website’s ease of use, excellent design and data availability.

The website provides various information, including data about Kudumbashree, centralised schemes implemented via Kudumbashree, latest information about projects, activities during the floods and pandemic, among others.

The M-Governance Award was given for the Grand Care project, conceptualised and implemented by the Kudumbashree to provide better security to the elderly citizens during the advent of the pandemic.
