Three to five buses will be deployed from Pathanamthitta for Vagamon service upon demand. The bus will halt at the points where the passengers request sightseeing. The journey that begins at 6 am will return by night via Mundakayam. Pathanamthitta DTO Thomas Mathew informed that the service will be rolled out after obtaining permission from the forest department.

People far from Pathanamthitta can stay at the KSRTC terminal if they reach here the previous night for the trip. The facilities will be available within one and a half months and the passengers have to pay a moderate fee for availing of the service.
