Thiruvananthapuram: KSRTC legal department is being restructured due to losing number of legal cases on a regular basis. It is alleged that lack of effectiveness of the legal department has led to the setback in cases.

Chief Law Officer Radhakrishnan will be replaced by Ernakulam Deputy Law Officer Hema. Efforts have been initiated to sort out the flaws in the legal section of the department. An advisory committee panel will be formed consisting of advocates from the High Court.

Radhakrishnan has been transferred to the pension section of Thiruvananthapuram region. It has been revealed that the lack of effectiveness of the legal department has caused setbacks in several cases.
