Palakkad: Transport Minister Antony Raju here on Friday urged the public to cooperate with KSRTC by utilising its services for addressing its financial crisis. He added that KSRTC belongs to the public and they should utilise its services to cover the losses it has incurred. His remark came while attending the inauguration of the KSRTC bus terminal in Palakkad.
KSRTC's Grama Vandi services, aimed at improving connectivity in rural areas, will be launched in Palakkad within a week if LSGs demand the same. Additionally, he also assured that soon-to-be-inducted superclass buses will be allocated for Palakkad district.
Meanwhile, Antony Raju also praised Congress MLA Shafi Parambil for allocating funds to construct the bus terminal in Palakkad.
