Thiruvananthapuram: The state has been readying an integrated mechanism for document writing and it will be implemented soon, Minister for Cooperatives VN Vasavan informed the Kerala Assembly on Wednesday. The mechanism will be in place once the rules concerned are amended, he said.
The minister assured that the computerized and digitised method on the pipeline will not affect document writers and “instead make their tasks easy”.
Registrar offices will be equipped to facilitate uploading of digital fingerprint and photo of individuals who register documents. The software for the same is in its final stage.
The registration process will get simplified and in turn aid document writers, the minister added.
