Kozhikode: Authorities have declared a holiday for all educational institutions, including the professional colleges, in nine districts on Friday as rains continue to wreak havoc in Kerala.
Holiday has been declared for all educational institutions, including professional colleges in Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kannur, Wayanad, Kottayam,Idukki and Alappuzha districts on Friday. It has also been informed that there will be no change in pre-scheduled exams and interviews. Residential schools in Thrissur and Palakkad districts will function on Friday.
Besides, educational institutions in Vellarikundu and Hosdurg taluks of Kasaragod district and Nilambur and Eranad taluks of Malappuram district will also remain closed on Friday.
