Congress is under collapse, nothing to wonder over exit of leaders: CM

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has reacted to the exit of leaders from Congress.

Addressing the media here on Wednesday, the Chief Minister stated that the exit of leaders from Congress and their entry to CPM became a normal process. He added that most of the leaders are quitting Congress as observing that the party is under collapse.

“Earlier also, many people planned to quit Congress and join BJP. The Congress leadership intervened to block such moves from the members. The public knows this fact. Many of the leaders who declared their plan to join BJP are continuing in Congress,” said Pinarayi Vijayan.

“The BJP has taken a policy which will destroy the country. Most of the Congress members know that their party has taken a wrong stance against BJP. Most of the members in Congress know that only LDF took a proper stand against BJP’s moves. Hence, there is nothing to wonder over the entry of Congress members to CPM,” explained the CM.
