Thiruvananthapuram: In a push for e-governance at the local body level in Kerala, 213 services can now be availed at your fingertips anytime, anywhere. Notably, the move is expected to make panchayats in the state paperless and reduce the time and cost incurred in visiting local bodies.
Citizens can avail these services by using mobile phones or computers with internet connectivity. Those having doubts about the technicality can approach the Kudumbashree help desk. They will be operational from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Apart from their offices, Kudumbashree will launch kiosks at different locations.
The online platform is based on the Integrated Local Governance Management System (ILGM). Within a single login, the respective platform for the services can be chosen. The citizens can open their own online accounts at https://citizen.lsgkerala.gov.in/ by giving their Aadhar numbers.
The application fees and court fee stamp should be paid online. The status of acknowledgement receipt and action on the application can be reviewed online.
