Kuthiran (Thrissur): The National Highways Authority regional office informed that the toll collection on Mannuthy-Vadakkencherry National Highway will start this week. The construction company has submitted a letter stating that almost 90 percent of the work has been completed, which was scrutinised by ICT, private consulting agency under National Highways Authority, and a consolidated report was also submitted.
According to the report, only minor works remain in two locations. The toll rate will be reduced slightly by considering this and will be added after the completion of the work.
