Kochi: The prosecution has moved a fresh petition against actor Dileep’s anticipatory bail plea in the case related to the alleged conspiracy to murder the investigating officials of the actress attack case. In the writ petition, the prosecution alleged that Dileep is not cooperating with the probe into the case.
The prosecution requested the court to direct Dileep and 5 other accused in the case to submit their mobile phone before the probe team.
Dileep and others are not ready to submit their mobile phones due to some evil intention, said the prosecution.
While considering the anticipatory bail plea in the conspiracy case, the court directed Dileep and others to cooperate with the probe team. But the refusal to submit mobile phones is found to be a violation of the bail conditions. Hence, the court should demand the accused to submit the mobile phones before the probe team, requested the prosecution in the writ petition.
