Kerala is for pedestrians too, not just car owners: Joy Mathew
Actor Joy Mathew has made a comment that Kerala not only belongs to the car owners but also to the pedestrians here.
In a Facebook post, Joy made clear his stand on the Keezhattur land issue.
“Our administration considers development as taking loan from foreign banks at high interest rate and construct clean roads, toilets and bus stops in the name of MLAs, MPs and Ministers and allow private companies to collect toll,” he sarcastically hit at the government.
Joy Mathew also says that they can loot only from developmental works and hence it is necessary. It doesn’t matter whether development is by filling farm lands or by destroying houses.
He states that, whether it is Keezhattur or Malappuram, the decision for developmental activities should be taken by the local residents here.
