Chennai: DMK informed to donate Rs 1 crore for Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund.
Party’s decision comes up as the rain continues to create havoc in the state. When floods hit Kerala two times, DMK had donated a significant amount to Kerala’s distress relief fund. Then they had transported several goods and aids in lorries from Tamil Nadu to the state.
Kerala has been battered with incessant rains and landslides in the past few days. The toll in the devastating landslides and flash floods that had occurred in south-central districts of Kerala has gone up to 24 on Monday.
