Kerala confirms one more case of coronavirus
Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala has confirmed one more case of coronavirus on Thursday. A Kasaragod native, who had returned from Dubai and was under observation, has been confirmed with COVID-19. With this the total number of positive coronavirus cases in the state touched 25, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan told reporters after a meeting to review the COVID-19 situation.
Till date 28 persons in Kerala were confirmed with the disease. 3 had recovered and discharged from hospitals.
31,173 persons are in isolation in the state with 30,926 at houses and 237 in hospitals.
6103 have been added to isolation on Thursday with 64 persons in hospitals. 5185 have been removed from isolation.
2921 samples were sent for testing out of which 2342 tested negative.
