Kannur: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has condoled the demise of senior CPM leader MC Josephine here on Sunday. He said that the unexpected death of Josephine will be a great loss for CPM and women's movements in Kerala.
The CM took to his Facebook page to pay homage to Josephine.
"Josephine was a leader who worked for the labour community, women and all people without any rest. Her unflinching decisions and willpower to get the rights of women and the labour community were highly impressive. She also left her signature on every action she did," wrote Pinarayi Vijayan.
