Pathanamthitta: Adv Vibitha Babu, who contested the LSG polls as a UDF candidate has been facing cyber attack even after the polls. She opened up about it through Facebook live on Friday.
She condemned the character assassination against her and appealed the haters to stop attacking her. “Please stop attacking me. I do have a family,” requested Vibitha on Facebook live video.
Vibitha Babu’s pics became viral on social media soon after the announcement of candidates. She contested the polls as UDF candidate for Pathanamthitta district panchayat from Mallappally division.
Following this, her photos were used for fake campaigns and to make posters to defame her. A fake video in her name was also circulated on social media. Vibitha filed a complaint against this with the district police chief.
In the Facebook live, Vibitha complained that many people are posting negative posts and comments to defame her.
