Kochi: Along with warnings like ‘No Smoking’ and ‘Don’t put head or arms out of the window’, KSRTC buses will display poems of famous poets and quotes of great personalities. The poems and quotes will be displayed on digital boards.
According to reports, KSRTC has decided to display the poems and quotes which the passengers can read and understand easily.
At the same time, the passengers are also allowed to recommend poems and quotes for displaying inside the bus. The KSRTC has invited the people to make recommendations regarding this through the official Facebook page.
KSRTC officials have reported that they have been receiving good response from the public for the new initiative.
People through Facebook also demanded to display the poems and quotes in Malayalam and English in the buses observing the huge number of foreigners who depend on KSRTC.
