Kumbla: Police arrested a youth for allegedly raping a minor girl by taking her to multiple locations in Kasaragod.
The accused Bandiyod Adka native Saifu Ali, 22, is a student at a private educational institution in Mangaluru.
Police registered the case based on the complaint lodged by a 17-year-old girl. According to police, the accused and complainant were friends earlier.
