Kasaragod: A 17-year-old youth from Badiyadka was arrested for raping a 17-year-old girl hailing from Mysuru by pretending to be in love. According to the complaint, the youth arrived at a lodge in Kozhikode and raped the girl. The youth is working as an employee at a private company in Mysuru.
The girl was found at Kasaragod KSRTC depot in a suspicious state and revealed the matter upon questioning. Women cell of police informed that the duo met through social media and that they have started investigation based on the complaint filed by the girl.
