Kannur: Kannur AISF alleged that SFI is ruling the campuses in the district like a dictator. They also alleged that AISF is facing threat from SFI.
There are threats from SFI in Sir Syed and Payyannur colleges here. Even though this was informed to CPI leadership, it was not considered seriously, said the activity report of AISF Kannur district meet.
AISF Kannur district secretary M Agesh was threatened by SFI secretary Shibin. It was informed to party leadership but in vain. An AISF activist from Kalliasseri was threatened by DYFI activists. They also obstructed AISF activities. SFI is acting like a dictator, the report said.
SFI has been let loose at Thalassery Brenen college, Kannur women’s college and Payyannur college. ITIs and Polytechnics have become SFI warehouses for storing tools, the report further alleged.
SFI is favouring all those associations which sympathise with sectarianism. SFI believes Kannur University is their ancestral house. University VCs are like puppets in hands of SFI, alleged the report.
